Moses Foster

President and CEO
In April 2007, Moses opened West Cary Group with the idea of combining ROI-oriented marketing with elegant creative. Outside the office, he serves on the Executive Advisory Council for the University of Richmond Robins School of Business, the Board of Trustees for HCA Chippenham/Johnston-Willis Hospitals, and the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce. Prior to forming WCG, Moses was senior director of creative development at Capital One. He holds a BA from Virginia Tech.

Camille Blanchard

Vice President, Head of Innovation
Camille’s breadth of skills spans marketing, operations, data, technology and business management on both the client and agency sides. As a 10-year veteran executive of West Cary Group, she has provided strategic leadership for the agency’s Account Management and Innovation teams. Previously Camille led product, marketing and operations teams for several lines of business at Capital One. She’s a graduate of Wake Forest University.

Debra Fitzgerald

Executive Creative Director
Debra directs the creative efforts for numerous clients and oversees our creative production group. Previously, she owned a freelance design business with clients that included Capital One, The Martin Agency, Fultz Marketing and Edelmann Scott. She also worked as an art director at The American Historical Foundation. Debra is a graduate of VCU School of Arts.

Blair Keeley

Chief Brand Officer
Blair has more than 25 years of experience working in creative development for agencies across the country, including CHD Atlanta and Cramer-Krasselt in Phoenix. He’s also worked on the client side, for Saudi Aramco and Capital One. Blair has a degree in fine art and completed post-graduate work at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta and the Chicago Art Institute film school.
Dan Baker

Dan Baker

Chief Analytics Officer
Dan has extensive experience as a leader using data to solve complex problems. He started his career serving our country as a nuclear engineer on a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier. He then spent nearly 20 years at Capital One as a leader and innovator, bringing the power of analytics to marketing, credit and operations. Dan earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and his MBA from University of Richmond.

Rachael Harris-Evans

Vice President, Digital Solutions
Rachael’s strategic marketing savvy is a tremendous asset to our clients. As director of Brand Marketing for Capital One, she managed a 15-person team that served seven lines of business and developed more than 300 campaigns per year. While there, her work was recognized by “Inside DM” magazine for innovative strategy. Rachael’s experience also includes managing marketing strategy for Genworth Financial’s annuities products. She is a graduate of VCU.
