As agency of record for Lucy Corr, a Virginia-based continuing care retirement community, West Cary Group was tasked with rebranding the organization and increasing awareness of all services, particularly the Independent Living cottages and apartments.
Our work included a brand communications audit, followed by the launch of a new multichannel marketing and branding campaign.

Once re-branded, a new website, www.lucycorr.org, was launched, as well as a multichannel campaign targeted to seniors and their adult children. Within one month of launch, website visits nearly doubled, and unaided awareness of Lucy Corr soared.
