Fannie Mae had a unique ask: They needed to debunk common myths concerning appraisal guidelines so that appraisers can increase report credibility, lower risk, and reduce process delays. Though appraisers can refer to the official Selling Guide for direction and assistance, the policy document is more than 1,200 pages – a length that is often discouraging. So Fannie Mae approached us to craft an engaging campaign that would both inform and entertain.
