Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in visual design and UX/UI

What You’ll Do:

Identifying client objectives and implementing suitable channel strategies:

  • Benchmarking performance across all online channels and advising on KPIs
  • Using methodical performance analysis to influence/support campaign strategies
  • Providing input on channel usage and testing plans
  • Providing targeting and budget recommendations per channel
  • Deploying and managing campaigns on all major platforms

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Developing custom marketing dashboard concepts for client reporting via Excel or other tools as appropriate

Communication:

What You’ll Need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business or a related field or equivalent job experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of digital marketing experience role with a focus in analytics
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement
  • Ability to relay analytical insight to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority
  • Experience in working within a marketing/business intelligence environment

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our organization’s employees and train non-technical workers on the business’s information systems as necessary
  • Design systems and assess the effectiveness of technology resources already in use or new systems that are being implemented and determine the practicality of proposed changes
  • Work with external partners, including consultants, agencies and vendors, to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems to address business challenges
  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware (primarily MacBook laptops), software and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and monitor associated trends
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of network cabling, operating system and required software
  • Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities
  • Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support
  • Manage hardware inventory and ensure that employee equipment meets equipment standards

  • A minimum of 3 years’ hands-on technical experience supporting hardware and software in a multi-user networked environment across multiple operating systems (with a heavy focus on the Mac OS X environment), languages, and tools, as the need to support diverse software and hardware is often expected
  • Experience analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
  • Stay up to date on emerging technologies and the potential effectiveness of these advancements in the current technical environment
