Luxottica CRM Campaigns
When Luxottica asked West Cary Group to partner on its CRM program, we were ecstatic. The opportunity to engage customers spanned their portfolio and included some of the team’s favorite brands, like Ray-Ban and Oakley. We also worked on the iconic LensCrafters and Sunglass Hut retail brands.
WCG used vivid imagery and animated graphics to engage consumers in multiple channels, including targeted email and direct mail.
