Fannie Mae, in partnership with the National Urban League, developed a bold new program designed to turbo-charge diversity in the housing industry. To better target a diverse population of Millennials, Fannie Mae coordinated an internship program that brings together enterprising university students and top housing industry employers.
To find promising talent, West Cary Group went where Millennials go – digital channels. Our strategy was built on geofenced content delivered in university footprints. Content included Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook ads and mobile display.
